Money, plainly

What it costs, before you commit.

Three ways we bill, explained the way we’d explain them across the desk. Every fee agreement goes in writing before any work begins.

The three ways we bill

ContingencyInjury matters: in most cases you owe no attorney's fee unless we recover for you. The percentage is agreed up front, in writing.
Flat feeDefined work — wills, deeds, uncontested matters — at a fixed price you know before we start.
HourlyLitigation and ongoing counsel, billed transparently with itemized statements. Estimates before engagement.

The honest fine print

  • The initial consultation is free; insurance-dispute reviews are a paid attorney consultation, priced before you book
  • Court costs and expenses are separate from attorney's fees — we explain both
  • If we don't think hiring us is worth your money, we'll say so

Personal-injury cases are handled on a contingency basis — no upfront attorney's fees, and you don't pay unless we recover for you. Other matters are quoted clearly before you commit.

No surprise bills. Just answers with price tags.
