Your information, kept that way.
How this site and the firm handle the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you reach out through a contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of your matter. When you call the firm, we may keep a record of that call. Like most websites, we also collect standard, anonymous analytics such as IP address and browser type to understand how the site is used. We collect this information only when you give it to us.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to run a conflict-of-interest check, and to provide the assistance you have asked for. We do not add you to marketing or mailing lists based on a contact form submission. Anonymous analytics are used only in the aggregate to keep the site working and improve it.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with anyone outside the firm. Please note that submitting a form or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship — that relationship begins only once we have formally agreed to represent you. Until then, please avoid sending sensitive details about your case. Questions about this policy? Call us at 256-533-5770 or stop by our Huntsville office.
